This hotel is a beautiful property. The rooms are quite small, but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We booked a room with a balcony however upon arrival realized that it wasn’t even a balcony we could step out on. Just a sliding door that made it seem as such. The hotel Staff needs more training on hospitality definitely ! The front desk host Andrea is rude and could barely help us with any of our inquiries. Our bathroom sink was clogged for days and our AC was barely working during our stay. We called the front desk and literally had to waste a whole day in our room waiting for someone to come and fix our issues. Only for the AC to NOT WORK. The gentleman who came in to fix our bathroom drain DID NOT have a mask on despite the hotels policy of their staff wearing one at all…

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to enjoy your Miami vacation. They have a very good photographer because the actual hotel does not look like what’s being advertised. The hotel would not let us check in early. (Standard 4pm) nor will they call you when the room is available. You literally have to go and ask They did however store our luggage while we found something to do for 4 hours. Also, an incidental of $150 per night is to be expected upon check-in. The detachable shower head was also broken. Room phone never worked and we had to call from our cellphones. Asked for extra towels since room service was not provided for our 3 night stay. Never received. Also in the middle of the night the AC went out. Called the lobby in the am, was given an estimated 10…

We had an amazing time at the Plymouth. Drinks were awesome! Highly recommend the spicy margarita. Rick and Yosvany at the valet were very attentive. Alex at the pool bar was on point with the drinks. Oxtail fried rice at Blue Ribbon was 🔥🔥.

Listed as luxury 4 star hotel. More like 3 stars for us. Booked a two double beds room, got two one king rooms for the first night and charged service for that, then moved to what we asked for. Booked a week as a group. We were not told that there will be a day and a half of filming in the hallway of the entrance that interrupted in and outs, asked to get through the back door. However, the room service was great when asked for. The pool was great. The included seats and towels at the nearby beach were great to have when needed. The location was very handy to catch a free trolley throughout the isle, or just walk to places to chill or jazz.

Cute boutique hotel near the beach. When we walked in, we felt like we were in an episode of Three’s Company as it has a 60s/70s vibe feel to it. Our last day they were painting the ceiling working on maintaining the lobby. Staff were friendly always. The pool has a great area but closes super early (6pm). We didn’t try it but heard the sushi restaurant was top notch. Our room was clean comfortable but a bit small. We had a balcony over the pool but really it wasn’t a true balcony — a sliding door with a rail to overlook. Nowhere to stand outside so is that really a balcony? We did have a water leak in our bathroom and it took several attempts at reporting it to get it repaired a few days later. Due to Covid there is no housekeeping during our stay. It wasn’t really a problem but I’d recommend they offer a place to dump trash as our small trash can was overflowing by the end of our stay. And we used a few bath towels to mop up water from the leak and had to ask for more towels, which they happily provided. Overall it was a cute place to stay, reasonably affordable and within a very short walking distance to the beach. Upon booking we didn’t realize they had a beach area with chairs, towels and umbrellas (for an additional cost) so that was great too.
I’d recommend a way forward customers to empty trash and/or get cleaning supplies to tidy up their own rooms if there isn’t housekeeping during their stay. And if you have any maintenance concerns, make sure to speak to a manager as other staff seem to sometimes not be as effective or willing to help. I’d stay there again though. Cute, clean, friendly, easy access, comfortable.
