The Staff in this Hotel knows what hospitality means.
We stayed in a Club room and received the complimentary Club Lounge access, which made our stay even better. Daryl’s and Genieves hospitality towards us and our children was amazing, they immediately understood what we like, what we drink and if there was any questions, Daryl helped us!
Only disadvantage was that the room was a bit small for four persons.

I had stayed in this hotel from 25-29 September. This is the second time I am staying there. Hotel location is excellent. If you select a Deluxe Room with Sheikh Zayed Road view, it is really a good enjoyable feeling. Very cooperative staff at front desk. Good Breakfast. Overall stay was okay.

This is a very good hotel, staff are super friendly and are always willing to help, the hotel has a decent gym, the longs bar in the basement is very good place to relax and get a bite to eat. This hotel is value for money I stayed for 30 nights and will definitely come back Towers Rotana when I return to Dubai.

What made my stay lasting was Towers Rotana staff. They were responding to any request I had with kindness, patience, support and a smile. I found peaceful environment during difficult times.

I’d like to mention ones I will never forget – Shan and Gracef from Houskeeping. You want really clean room? call Grace I love this girl. She can train others. And Shan, never got annoyed of my requests.
Big thank you to Denis (waiter) for his service, he has so many qualities but the one he shines with is consistency. Thank you Rhadika (waitress) and Lin (hostess) for your positive attitude. Thank you to the kind tall restaurant Host/Manager that came mid summer, and of course ALL Chefs in Flavours on Two – thank you for your daily efforts and service.
And the guys from the pool area, I had so much joy and laughter.
And of course I’d like to thank Ahmed from concierge team in Towers Rotana – always there to welcome you.
Towers Rotana location is perfect for many reasons if you visit Dubai for business or holiday. It is one foot distance from Burj Khalifa (downtown), Old Dubai, the Beach, and many famous sites. No matter is located at busy Sheikh Zayed Road room’s are QUIET! Wow I miss this place!
