For the record, it’s getting rave reviews!

Sea world- a zoo where the animal is you
Nov 2021 • Solo

Very disorganized
Let’s not talk about animals welfare where they pretend they care
They make a ridiculous event for employees and invite more than 4 thousand people
Zero organization zero respect

If you guys wanted to get attention in a negative way, you got it!! As always

Great Christmas Celebration but rest of the experience wasn’t so impressive
Nov 2021
Rating this 4 stars instead of 2 because I appreciate them doing a Christmas Celebration. Yes, they use the word Christmas so that’s the whole reason we went there…to support them for this event. Other than that though, the park was kind of disappointing. Turning into more of a zoo than an adnevture park. Roller coasters were closed on the day we were there, and some of the fun shows (Pets Ahoy, acrobats, etc) have been shut down. Just not the same place it used to be.
I always love the mime before the sea lion show, and he was once again super entertaining.

It was not so great
Nov 2021 • Family
Ok I’m going to be honest sea world has potential. But as of now it is a good family place to hang out but it sucks in the way that they take care of their animals. There PARKING LOT is bigger than their orca pool!! This is something that NEEDS to change and the fact that they are representing this as a good enclosure is beyond me.

Just s zoo now.
Aug 2021 • Family
Unfortunately, Sea World has succumbed to the animal rights activists. What used to be a fun educational experience has become a very expensive zoo to visit. I don’t blame Sea World, I have so many memories of visiting when they had a park in Ohio when I was a child. Now the Orlando park is left to building roller coasters to try and stay in business. It’s sad because they truly do care about the animals and rescuing hurt or sick animals that would have otherwise died. Team Shamu!

Unjustly accused at SeaWorld Howl-O-Scream visit 2021
Oct 2021
I have not been so humiliated and treated so unjustly for being accused of something I didn’t do. My girlfriend, who is a SeaWorld season pass holder, wanted to go to halloween scream for her birthday on October 9th.
We were enjoying ourselves until we went to ride the Mako, we had just visited the nearby bar and had drinks in our hands, so we asked the attendant if we could put our drinks in the container while we rode and she said no. Then, I guess there was a shift change so my friend asked the new guy attendant the same question and he said yes. We walked through the back row of the roller coaster and put our drinks in the container, sat down and the lap guard wasn’t coming down. Next thing we knew two workers asked us to leave the ride. We asked why and he said because we were vaping. I have never vaped in my life, plus we had drinks in both of our hands, so I don’t see how that would’ve been possible. We said we were not vaping and they kept insisting they have proof. I asked to see the proof because again I don’t vape and being the daughter of a police Sergeant and sister to two police officers, I was offended by the accusation and embarrassed for being asked to leave in front so many people just staring at us while they waited in line.
We grabbed our drinks and I went up and knocked on the control room door, because I wanted to be shown this proof and yes, I touched the door handle, but then left. When we reached the ride exit ramp a security officer and a police officer were waiting for us, and asked to escort us out of the park. I continued to explain how ridiculous this was and again insisted I knew my rights, coming from a law enforcement family. They said, because it was private property they had the right to ask us to leave. I was very upset, I threw my drinks away in a nearby trash bin and began leaving the park while they escorted us.
I paid a lot of money to go to this event, even purchased an express pass and we were having a great time enjoying the great entertainment, dancers, costumes with great makeup, for my friend’s birthday, up until we were asked to leave on such ridiculous terms. Even if we were vaping, why were we not just asked nicely to stop or to go to another area, vs being asked to get off a ride that resulted in us being escorted out of the park?
Additionally, I had not been to SeaWorld since my kids were young, probably 10 years or more and I will say I have no desire to spend my money there again and have posted a review of this horrible experience and unjust treatment

Rude during security check, not allowed to bring snacks inside even if your kids has allergies! Not coming back
Nov 2021 • Family

I’m a huge SeaWorld fan. Well, used to be. In general it’s pretty obvious that things are not going well for the park. Understaffed, less shows, less clean, lots of closed kiosks.

New rules of no beverages or food are a desperate measure to make people buy something inside. When the choice you have is very limited and the prices are ridiculous. All other parks in Orlando let you bring your own food.

The sign of no food / beverages is in the security check, after you are in the line for quite some time. The security check is now more a no food check. And they are so rude with the clients! It’s offensive how they check all the pockets not because of security concerns, but because they are worried if you bring a cookie with you.

One of my kids has food allergies and I always bring him snacks I know are safe for him. Not even with this reason we were allowed to bring him a single snack inside. We were told that we can buy food inside. And one of the security ladies told us “hurry up, you are wasting my time”. So rude!

And after you leave everything in the car, you have to repeat the line and the check once again! And all the walking obviously

Seaworld was awesome!
Oct 2021
I read the recent reviews and they talked about what a disappointment it was so my expectations were low… My girlfriend and I went and we had a great time!! I loved it!! I had a freakin blast… It was fun seeing all the animals, feeding the sea lions, watching the penguins, going thru the dome with the 3D animation, petting the stingrays… We loved all of it.. My least favorite part was waiting in line for an hour for the water ride which I didn’t think was worth it, but oh well… All of the kids that were there were having an absolute blast so if you have kids– they would love it. I couldn’t believe how much fun I had.

Innagural Howl O Scream
Oct 2021 • Friends

SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment have been having Howl O Scream at their Busch Gardens locations for some time now, and they have expanded it to Orlando.

Was it a perfect Event? No, but outstanding for its first year! A few helpful hints. If you already have a day ticket for SW, there is a holding area fir those who have HOS tickets. It’s located near the Sharks restaurant. Be sure to have a barcoded ticket there to receive a wrist band. It can NOT be done by order number. In addition, I would recommend stopping by guest services before to see if they have an event map. They were not available at the holding area.

There are only 4 houses, and reviews can be HIGHLY subjective, so i won’t go there. I will say that they pulse small groups through the houses, unlike the Conga Lines at the other big Halloween event in town. Unlike Tampa, they do have attendants in the house, however they are not rushing you through with flashlights like the other Orlando event.

It is true what they say about no safe spaces. U was scared coming out of the restrooms. The scare zones are quite good, and very interactive. Several actors followed me closely. In addition to actors in the streets, they have actors on sets for photo opportunities.

The best part of the event is the two shows. The first is the call of the Sirens, located outside of Wild Artic. Get there early, and grab a spot close to the planter in the middle of the courtyard. The show is only 10 minutes, however there are 5 stages that acts perform on.

The other show is in the Nautilus theater. Monster Stomp is based on Jack the Ripper, and an amazing diverse show. Get there early to be sure and get a seat!

In addition to the houses, and shows, there are themed bar areas. One of them has aerialist performing at various times during the night. It’s located in the building near the water ride.

All in all, a great experience. Not as expensive as the other game in town. Houses are not as scenic, but scares definitely much better!

Went for a day
Oct 2021
Wanted to do something other than a Disney park, this park was at best average. Definitely NOT a Disney adventure. After enjoying the Disney parks, it’s hard to go to any other park. The bar is set too high!

Terrible
Oct 2021 • Family
The water in Journey to Atlantis on the second drop area smells worse than sewage. The smell left on clothes and hair was unbearable. Was sick the rest of the night and still today. That water is definitely not healthy for humans. Everyone in my boat commented same as we went through it.. Also used a quick que ticket for the Penguin of which was a waste. Dont use them there. We were let in a chain area to a long line no one acknowledged quick que after waiting we were inside where rows wrapped around and after 30 minutes were literally last. We exited before entering inside and inquired with the girl working at the quick entrance and told her my experience and she stated that she could mot return our quick que pass that they only have to let us through the first chain. Thats not quick que to be last and 30-45 minutes we still had another 30-45 before entering.
