MTR Care software Review

We recently tried the MTR Care software, available at mtr.care, after paying a $1,500 setup fee, but were deeply disappointed with its performance and privacy measures. The software failed to meet our expectations significantly, as it allowed developers and potentially other companies to view our data in real-time, which raised serious privacy concerns. Additionally, it is not compatible with Apple computers, requiring a Windows environment, which limited our accessibility.

Despite several months of testing, the software did not improve our operations or efficiency. When we communicated our dissatisfaction and requested a refund, the company initially agreed to cancel the purchase and process the refund. However, they have not followed through with returning our money. This lack of response and resolution from MTR Care has only added to our frustration.

For those considering MTR Care, we recommend careful evaluation and consideration of these significant drawbacks and the company’s customer service practices before making a commitment.
