Bijan Zohour Charges Disputed 

Bijan Zohour, a customer, booked our car service in Palm Beach, Florida, and requested last-minute changes which we accommodated to the best of our ability.

Despite our efforts to meet his needs, Mr. Zohour decided not to wait for the adjusted service and chose to cancel the trip. He was informed about our 24-hour cancellation policy, which requires full payment if the service is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Nonetheless, Mr. Zohour disputed the charge.

Dispute Outcome: Unfortunately, the dispute resolution by the cardholder’s bank, BANK OF AMERICA – CONSUMER CREDIT, was not in our favor. The disputed amount of $169.79 USD has not been returned to us as of June 24, 2024, at 7:15 AM.
